Free Tickets – Academics

We are pleased to offer a limited number of free tickets for academics.

To apply for a free ticket please use the below online application form. The deadline for applications is 12 September 2019.

Please be aware that we might not be able to issue a free ticket to everyone who applies. If we receive more applications than we have places available, our Programme Committee will decide on the allocation of tickets. We will notify those approved for tickets as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a free ticket you should

  • have an ongoing working relationship with a university or college (e.g. as a professor, lecturer, teaching assistant, research fellow etc.)
  • have academic training that is related to the scope of the conference and/or be involved in research that is related to the topics of the conference

The ticket will cover attendance on both conference days and meals during the conference. If you do not live in Vienna, you need to cover your own travel and accommodation.

We will keep those who have not been allocated a ticket on a waiting list. Therefore we ask everyone who receives a ticket to inform us if they cannot attend. If people do so, we will pass on these tickets to applicants on the waiting list.

Free tickets are not transferable. But if you cannot attend and would like to nominate a colleague of yours, please contact us.

If you are allocated a free ticket, we ask you to post on socials before the conference using #ReMeP2019.
